Au sein de département Finance, le(la) Deputy Accounting Director réalise la comptabilité d'une entreprise (tenue de compte, enregistrement des opérations comptables, suivis bancaires, etc.) ainsi que sa comptabilité analytique (analyse du coût de revient, chiffre d'affaires par produit...). Il/elle rassemble, coordonne et vérifie les données comptables et est responsable de la production d’information comptables et fiscales fiables et conformes aux obligations légales de l’entreprise.

**Hiérarchie et interactions**
- Reporte à la Directrice Comptable
- Interactions avec les départements : tous les départements de smartTrade
- Interactions avec les banques, expert-comptable, commissaire aux comptes, organismes fiscaux et sociaux.
- Poste de Contributeur Individuel

**Responsabilités**

**_Gestion des comptes fournisseurs, immobilisation, notes de frais : _**

**_Elaboration des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles : _**
- Savoir justifier les comptes
- Remonter toute anomalie concernant son activité

**_Traitement des inter-compagnies_**
- Assurer le rapprochement des comptes
- Analyser les comptes intragroupes

**_Déclarations mensuelles & annuelles _**
- Préparer les déclarations périodiques des différentes taxes dues par la Société (DEB, TVA, IS, Organic, TVS,)
- Préparer les paiements de taxes aux échéances requises
- Effectuer les réconciliations de comptes nécessaires à la bonne tenue de la comptabilité

**Compétences**
- Doté d’un diplôme en gestion comptable et financière avec 10 ans d’expérience sur un poste de comptable
- Anglais courant
- Solides connaissances en analyse financière, comptabilité générale et analytique, bonnes connaissances des principes budgétaires et indicateurs de gestion
- Capacité d’analyse et de détection des anomalies
- Rigueur et sens de l’organisation
- Bonne capacité communication : clarté et concision, de manière franche et rassurante.
- Capacité à concevoir, rédiger et mettre en place des procédures
- Maîtrise des dispositions légales et réglementaires avec le souci de maintenir ses connaissances à jour
- Maîtrise des outils de bureautique indispensables à son activité (tableur, base de données, logiciels comptables, etc.) et de l’ERP de l’entreprise
