Operations Transformation Associate

**The role**
The France Operations team is responsible for connecting the riders using Deliveroo to consumers and restaurants within the French market. This includes continuously improving both the operational capacity and regulatory compliance status while always seeking to offer a better partnership for riders.
As an Operations Transformation Associate, you will play a key role in bringing Deliveroo's strategy to life by:
- Enforcing transformation projects on compliance and operational excellence issues
- Ensuring the implementation of projects
- Mobilising stakeholders, ensure that they are informed and that tasks are coordinated
- Organising reports for management to enable informed decision-making
- Participating in finding innovative solutions that respect the regulatory framework, always for a better rider value partnership
- Helping developing local and global policies in order to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness

**Involvement and relentlessness**: Interested in understanding high level business stakes, interact with both local and global teams to drive a project, and take it in hand to deliver results
**Legal and regulation oriented mindset**: Concerned and even scrupulous about laws and regulations, both internally and externally. Never misses a point, likes to deep dive in things and comfortable when engaging with legal texts / legal department
**Quantitative and qualitative ease**: Firm believer in automation but also anecdotes driven. Understands our processes should be as efficient as possible, but also that each rider partnership matters and solutions should be tailor made. Data on the one hand, rider parternship needs on the other hand
**Profile**
- Fluent in both French and English (strict requirement)
- 1-3 years of work experience in a project management environment
Strong analytical skills (Excel, Looker / SQL basics is a strong plus but not required)
- Project management skills (diploma and/or certification is a plus)
- Track record in managing small scale projects with a great degree of autonomy
- Has a keen interest in the Food and Delivery industry
