As our new Field Service Lead, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of a team of Field Service Engineers. You will be responsible for the development of the field service team and make sure their goals are met.

You will ensure the demand for field service team activities is carried out in professional and timely manner, that customer expectations are managed, and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

You will be also expected to perform troubleshooting, repair, installation, maintenance, customer training and/or general support for Marel machinery at customer facilities. This includes activities like preparation of installation and maintenance activities, aftercare of new installations and keeping in close contact with the customer and report the progress

Your day-to-day will look a lot like this:

- Monitor schedules and assignments for work activities for the team
- Monitor the teamwork levels and review work performance, conducting performance interviews and appraisals of the team and ensure a suitable training is scheduled
- Participates in investigation of accidents and injuries
- Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures
- Compile operational and personnel records, such as time and activity records, field service operational data such as repair, maintenance and KPI´s statistics and recommend improvements
- Arrange for worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use
- Act as a management representative when visiting Customers premises, and dealing with such relations in a professional manner
- Work closely with the Field Service Manager on optimizing the field service operation
- Based on requirements or demand will actively take part in field service activities
