**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
Within the Group, you will join the Group Tax Department. Within this Department, you will be part of the Tax Team. The holder of the position will be responsible for assisting two directors, one AD and the tax team by taking on the following activities.

**Main role and responsibilities**:
Assistance:

- Manage the changing schedules and plan accordingly meeting rooms and coordinate all travels for the directors and the team
- Work in tandem with another assistant and provide mutual backups when needed.
- Provide occasional logístical support to the teams and handle supply of office furniture
- Handle diverse HR/IT requests (onboarding and outboarding of employees: manage IT requests, such as phone changes, requesting a new headset, etc. and ensure it is carried out under optimal conditions.)
- Monitor the team's leave requests.
- Manage paper and network archives: Work with the team to carry out the archiving operations for paper documents and network archives and serve as the backup Information Guardian by managing access to DAF SharePoint, Tax Link, and TP.
- Be a support for the team in sending mail (“recommendé” or courier /DHL) with various stakeholders (DGE (Direction des Grandes Entreprises), Head of Tax, entities, etc.).
- Manage the organisation of potential bigger meetings such as European roundtable of Insurance, Forum France.
- Ensure good collaboration with the community of assistants within Finance but more globally, and ensure assistant community within Tax family.

**Support and Miscellaneous**: Additionally, and not limited to, the holder of the position may be required to: Carry out additional tasks at the request of their hierarchy that are compatible with their role.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an assistant to directors and teams in an international environment.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Mastery of secretarial techniques

**Languages**
- Fluent English - used in daily practice
