M&a/strategy Intern

Missions
- M&A / Corporate Development side- Perform comprehensive company and industry research- Preparation of presentations and other materials for upcoming transactions- Perform and maintain financial models- Work on the due diligence and post-closing processes
- Strategy / CEO office side- Work closely with the Chief of Staff on projects run by the Group CEO- Prepare presentation and briefing materials ahead of the CEOs meetings- Communicate and interact together with the Chief of Staff with several internal stakeholders on strategic projects
- Profile- Final or penultimate year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials- At least a first successful internship experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting or equivalent experience (corporate finance, strategy etc.) within a corporate, and preferably a financial institution- Fluent in English. Fluency in French will be a plus
- Desired skills- Good knowledge / interest in the financial industry- Interest in the technology industry- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint- Strong organizational skills- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Experience in project management- Fast learner, proactive behavior and entrepreneurial mindset
