Vous souhaitez rejoindre le n°2 mondial des vins et spiritueux, et travailler au sein d’équipes conviviales ? **Pernod Ricard recrute son.sa futur.e stagiaire en M&A et Corporate strategy (H/F) pour 6 mois de janvier à juin 2026.**Vous travaillerez à the Island, notre bureau situé au centre de Paris (Gare Saint Lazare, Paris 8).

Vous contribuerez à l’ensemble des projets de l’équipe M&A et Stratégie du Groupe. Ceux-ci sont de natures diverses, allant de la réalisation d’acquisitions et de cessions, à des thématiques plus transversales portant sur la conduite d’études stratégiques, le suivi de l’activité concurrentielle....

**Vos missions clés ?**
- Vous participerez à des projets stratégiques transversaux : Conduite d’analyses stratégiques & financières, rédaction de recommandations pour la direction du Groupe.
- Vous contribuerez au process M&A : Analyse d’opportunités d’acquisitions et de cessions, analyse financière et valorisation, due diligence, rédaction de documents internes.
- Vous contribuerez à la coordination et au suivi de projets d’intégration post acquisition : analyse de la performance, préparation de supports de pilotage
- Vous réaliserez de la veille concurrentielle : Collecte d’informations sectorielles, identification de tendances sectorielles et de marques potentiellement attractives, présentations ciblées sur les choix stratégiques et performances financières de concurrents.

**Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description ci-dessous, n’hésitez pas à postuler **
- Vous êtes en Master Finance, idéalement Corporate, ou Stratégie.
- Vous avez une expérience préalable en finance (banque d’affaires, direction financière) ou en conseil en stratégie.
- Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur, de curiosité intellectuelle et de prise d'initiative.
- Vous avez développé un sens du business, et avez un intérêt pour le secteur des vins & spiritueux.
- Vous avez une excellente maitrise d'Excel et de Powerpoint.
- Vous parlez français et anglais couramment.
