**Description du poste**
The PMO job is a transverse role in the Marine Organisation. The PMO is ensuring that all internal and external interfaces are optimized.
**External Interfaces - Key Suppliers Management**:
The PMO is leading the management of the key suppliers for the Marine activities. He/she is ensuring that all interfaces with those suppliers are clear on a contractual and operational standpoint. The PMO initiate regular review of the efficiency of the interfaces with the key Marine Suppliers. In this task he/she is supported by the heads of the Marine Department, the E2E Business Directorate, the Procurement Directorate, Legal Directorate and any other relevant department. His/her duty is to ensure that, through a tight and clear coordination, the efficiency of the interfaces and the quality of the services provided is improving.
The Key supplier list is, but not limited to, LDA, Fugro, EGS, LDTVO, Maritech, MCC. Some of the Key suppliers used by LDA should be integrated.
The PMO is leading the interface improvement program with the ASN Ship Manager.
**Internal Interfaces - PMO forum**:
The PMO is participating to the ASN PMO Forum. He/she is proving feedback on internal inefficiency or issues to accelerate and identify the relevant solutions and mitigations.
On his/her side, the Project Marine Officer is coordinating the relevant workstream to improve the quality and the efficiency of the ASN Marine Operations services.
**Continuous improvement of Marine Processes**:
The PMO is ensuring the continuous improvement, the coordination, and the follow-up of the Marine KPI. He/she is developing the relevant KPI to ensure a tight monitoring of the Marine Services quality.
**Marine skills development**:
The PMO is promoting, developing, and coordinating a Marine Skills program. This program should ensure a better and faster integration of new employees, the development of talents in the Marine Departments and the record of the Marine knowledge to ensure a smooth transmission to the new generation. The PMO is directly providing inputs to the Marine Operations VP for any relevant re-organisation in order to improve the Teamwork and the efficiency of the Marine Group.
**Operations Support**:
The PMO is supporting the Marine Operations Teams, ensuring a smooth end-to-end processing of all the accounting and financial related topics working closely with the Business Office and Operations Manager. He is supporting the BOOM to develop and maintain a “white book” with all the related Marine financial Data.
**Profil recherché**
Knowledgeable on contract management, ship management. Master the specificities of cable and subsea activities, oil and gas industries. Great teamwork and transverse management skills.
Fluent English. The PMO shall be fluent in Microsoft Office suite.
He/she should have, at least, 10 years of experience in a Marine Industry role within an International Projects Organization.
