We believe that by 2050, every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burdens and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world.

Built for clinicians, by clinicians, at the core of Heidi is its people. We are an eclectic bunch of inventors, builders, scientists, nurses, doctors, mathematicians, designers, creatives, and high-agency executors.

We achieve in 6 months what it takes our competitors 4 years to do. In just 12 months, 20 million patient consults were supported by Heidi, and we’re now powering more than 1 million consults every week.

With our most recent USD$16.6m round of funding from leading VC firms, we’re geared up to supercharge our ambitious growth, and we need an experienced operator to step up as our France Lead.

**The Role**

This is an opportunity to build a market from scratch. You’ll be responsible for turning France into a dominant, enduring market. Not by inheriting a playbook. By writing it.

You’ll lead the team end-to-end, owning revenue, product localisation, marketing, and execution. It’ll be a high-expectations, high support environment - there will be lofty goals, but you’ll be backed by the full weight of the Heidi team.

We’re looking for operators who are resourceful, ready to get involved, and ready to be measured by what they deliver.

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll own the success of our French business. Your mandate is to make Heidi the undisputed leader in the market. That means:

- ** Owning commercial outcomes end to end.** You’ll close early customers, expand into large enterprise accounts, and build the revenue machine.
- ** Tailor Heidi for the French market.** Work directly with the Product team to localise Heidi - making it feel native for the market, not just translated.
- ** Create the GTM playbook.** Leverage learnings from our other markets, but taking the on-the-ground context to refine the local GTM strategy.
- ** Establish strategic partnerships.**Identify and form key partnerships with local players.
- ** Build the team.** Hire, coach, and retain high-calibre talent.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Experience in fast-paced, high-responsibility roles**:

- whether in startups, healthcare, management consulting, or commercial leadership
- ** You have experience in healthcare.**Either as a clinician or commercially, you understand the local healthcare system.
- ** You have sales experience.** You know how to close deals, and how to build the systems and team to do this at scale.
- ** You’ve built in ambiguity.**Whether it’s as a founder, an operator, or a consultant, you can bring structure to ill-defined problems.
- ** You’re low ego.**You're hands-on - not just leading, but working alongside your team in the trenches.
- ** You’re relentlessly resourceful.**You’ll test, iterate, and hustle your way to what works. When things don’t go your way, you won’t flinch but you’ll find another path.

Ce que nos concurrents font en 4 ans, nous le réalisons en 6 mois. En seulement 12 mois, Heidi a facilité plus de 20 millions de consultations, et aujourd’hui, nous en alimentons plus d’un million chaque semaine.

Grâce à notre récente levée de fonds de 16,6 millions de dollars (USD) menée par des fonds de capital-risque de premier plan, nous sommes prêts à accélérer fortement notre croissance ambitieuse. Et c’est dans cette optique que nous recherchons une personne expérimentée pour prendre les rênes en tant que Lead pour la France.

**Le rôle**

C’est une opportunité unique de construire un marché à partir de zéro. Vous serez responsable de faire de la France un marché dominant et durable. Pas en appliquant une recette existante, mais en l’écrivant vous-même.

Vous dirigerez l’équipe de bout en bout, en prenant la responsabilité des revenus, de la localisation produit, du marketing et de l’exécution. Ce sera un environnement à fortes attentes et fort soutien : les objectifs seront ambitieux, mais vous aurez toute la puissance de l’équipe Heidi à vos côtés.
