Identifie de nouvelles activités/opportunités suivant les évolutions de ses clients/du potentiel décelé. Est force de proposition à partir de sa connaissance du secteur d’activité et des objectifs stratégiques du client pour apporter une offre sectorielle au marché de manière proactiveAssure une écoute terrain et identifie les évolutions et/ou réajustements des offres en lien avec les Directions Marketing concernées mais peut également, au besoin, mettre en œuvre des études de marchéRéalise une étude détaillée de son marchéAnalyse qualitativement et quantitativement les données émanant des différentes offres de son portefeuille pour s’inscrire dans une démarche d’amélioration continue.Ajuste/fait évoluer un projet/une offre afin qu’il réponde mieux à un besoin client décelé (détection de spécificités)Définit les objectifs, les indicateurs de réussite, les contraintes et le périmètre des offres.Recherche les solutions adaptées tout en maîtrisant la faisabilité des solutions et le risque de ses propositionsDéfinit le prix de la prestationDéfinit l’Expression de Besoin détaillée pour mise en œuvre de la solutionAssure l’interface et la transversalité entre les différents acteurs engagésGarantit la visibilité planning des différentes offresEtablit un bilan et une analyse du résultat des offresAssure le rôle de chef de projet dans l'évolution ou la création des offres: garantit le respect des plannings et des livrables, fédère les parties prenantes.
