Pigment has a remote flexible policy in which we offer 'in office', hybrid (up to 60% remote), and fully remote in exceptional circumstances. We have offices in Paris, London, and New York, are opening offices in Toronto and Denver.

**About the growth team**:

- It is a unique opportunity to join the Go-To-Market team across EMEA. Our mission is to increase revenue and accelerate Pigment’s Go-To-Market strategies.

**What you will do**:

- Support our Business Development Representatives information to support customer acquisition
- Use innovative methodologies to find insights that will be leveraged by the BDR
- Enrich our CRM with high quality data and communicate key insights and learnings with internal teams (Marketing Growth, Customer Success, Product)
- Ensure Insights / Signals distribution and monitor activation and impact (pipeline / deals driven by your research)
- Sales Support_
- Work closely with the sales team to provide insights via our sales tools
- Clean and ensure that all data relating to our CRM is accurate
- Support all Pigmenauts with insight reporting and customer intelligence analysis
- Revenue Operations_
- Carrying out research and analysis to enhance Sales performances
- Support on all projects to increase revenue team performance (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
- Ensure all processes are kept up to date and documented

**Who you are**:

- Fluent in English & French
- Strong business acumen with a good demonstration of research practices
- Naturally curious and eager to learn & develop in Operations, Sales or Growth
- Excel guru (IndexMatch and SumProduct is a must have), SQL is a plus
- Curious and trustworthy individual who is confident in providing constructive feedback
- A humble but highly driven individual who always looks for continuous improvement in their work
