Digital Project Manager

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced **Digital Projects Manager** to support ICC’s digital transformation journey through the management of digital projects, from concept to delivery.

**The role**
- Assess needs and feasibility of digital projects (corporate sites / mini website/ e-commerce / App / e-learning) and oversee approved developments, from design to implementation and follow up, in close collaboration with IT, CRM, legal, finance, COM/MKT, sales and any external partners (web agencies/solution providers).
- Project planning with full range of project stakeholders (including scoping, resource planning, costing and timelines).
- Turn project objectives into concrete action plans, and act as the interface between business and technical teams (external or internal), ensuring regular and transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
- Project management in waterfall mode, including requirements gathering, RFP preparation, service provider benchmarking, negotiation, macro planning, budgeting, reporting, backlog, UAT testing and user training.
- Performance analysis and reporting
- Relationship management with internal stakeholders and service providers/agencies to ensure cost efficiency, project fulfilment in line with objectives and standards/quality.
- Definition of digital development priorities with ICC leadership, technical and business units, monitoring for continuous improvement in agile mode.
- Liaison with and supervision of service providers to identify and resolve technical and content issues and lead the continuous improvement of ICC-owned digital platforms and properties (web, apps )
- Collaboration with ICC Information Technology and support teams on infrastructure related topics.

**Profile**
- 7-10+ years of digital project experience
- Project management skills: MS project, Jira, redmind, Teamwork, Trello
- CMS experience: Magento, Shopify, WordPress, Wix, symphony, SharePoint
- Analytical skills: GA, Matomo or similar solutions
- Some understanding of EU GDRP compliance
- At least 7 years in one of the following domains: content management skill, content migration, IT, technology, infrastructure, data science, or other relevant functional experience
- Strong collaboration with stakeholders to drive digital adoption
- Demonstrated ability to connect business needs with technology solutions in driving value creation and agility
- Strong influencing and change management skills, drive adoption and implementation for the organisation in partnership with the regions or solution partners
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Good SEO knowledge to keep ICC content on the high ranking of SERP
- Good understanding of data science and CRM automation
- Ability to work in English and French
- Dynamic and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
