We are searching for a **Business Development & Marketing Leader** based in Bordeaux, France.
Reporting to the Global Marketing & Key Account Manager, the Business Development & Marketing Leader is part of the global marketing team driving business performance of fast-growing business units: Cosmetics & Personal Care, Detergence and Hygiene (B2B environment).
**Job Description**:
Business Development & Marketing Leader responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following
Global Key Account Manager
- Expand the scope of existing global client relationships and identify new opportunities with selected global C&PC companies to achieve account development objectives
- Evolve relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned global accounts and managing the overall relationship to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Develop a GKAM process and monitoring progress
- Contract and Commercial Management
- Coordinate strategic plan with the sponsor and Key Account Managers per assigned account
- Define and follow targeted revenues with Key Account Managers per assigned account
CRM expertise
- Lead the deployment of the Group’s CRM solutions
- Lead the different training initiatives to local units
- Report KPIs and monitor sales efforts
Market intelligence and Competitors’ watch
- Regular analysis and reporting
**Qualifications**:
- Life science or business administration degree or equivalent with proven success and experience in a technology-driven life science environment in a similar position (at least 2-3 years of experience)
- Demonstrated success and proven ability in building long standing relationships with customers
- Demonstrated experience of generating new business
- Strong stakeholder engagement (internal & external)
- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
- Ability and willingness to work in an international environment
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- English and French fluency (proficiency in German a plus)
- MS Dynamics CRM certificates will be considered a plus
- Background Cosmetics and Personal Care a plus
