We are looking for a talented hands-on person with marketing experience to** grow our brand in France**. You will be working closely with our Local Marketing Manager and HQ team, planning and implementing local marketing campaigns to acquire new riders, eaters, restaurants, drivers and couriers.

You'll be responsible for ideating and planning local marketing campaigns from fun social media stunts to long-term strategic marketing plans. We're looking for someone with a strong ambition to move things forward while being curious to uncover new high-ROI channels to engage thousands of people.

**Your daily adventures will include**:

- Helping to design and implement acquisition strategies, including but not limited to: advertising, partnerships, owned Social Media; assessing their performance.
- Assisting in syncing marketing both automatic and ad-hoc communications with the roll out and updates of user features/functionalities.
- Manage and grow both Bolt's digital platforms through posts, stories and community engagement.
- Involvement in the scoping out and executing of marketing campaigns (including partnerships with other brands) across awareness, engagement and performance objectives.
- Using market and category insights to suggest local initiatives contributing to pre-established goals.
- Measuring and evaluating the results of local marketing campaigns.
- Localising global Bolt strategies for the French market.

**What we are looking for**:

- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience with social media and content writing.
- Project management experience, managing various stakeholders and assessing priorities.
- Knowing your C-s (CPM, CAC, CPA are part of your vocabulary).
- Experience in managing social media and customer engagement tools.
- Outstanding grammar and copywriting skills in both **English and French**.
- Basic experience with design tools (not mandatory).
- Data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analysing campaign results.
