**Description du poste**
- In a context of strong economic tension and profound transformation of our ecosystem and our businesses, ensuring that Hutchinson industrial performance is raised to the highest standards in every plant is becoming an absolute necessity.
- As Industrial Performance controller, you are part of a team dedicated to Industrial performance supporting the Activities in their effort to improve the operational and financial performance of the targeted critical sites, elaborating with them the HES standards roadmap deployment with the support of the HES team.**Your main missions**:

- Appreciate and analyse the causes and effects of the gaps identified between the objectives and the achievements in terms of strategy and budget plan,
- Conduct research, surveys and interviews and analysing data to gain insights into the business,
- Collect and analyse statistics and data in anadata,
- Establish Gross Margin by product lines,
- Check the consistancy of control and finance, production control, supplier integration, administrative processes, communication, management development, employe empowerement implementation, security and administration and industrial relations,
- Detect issues and investigating ways to resolve them,
- Assess the pros and cons of new actions,
- Explore business problems and model different solutions,
- Compil and present information orally, visually and in writing to keep management site up to date on progress,
- Make recommendations for improvement and presents these to the management site to be implemented,
- Develop and implement new procedures or training to support the changes proposed,
- Follow up projects with prior economic analysis, monitoring of indicators during and at the end of projects, analysis of investments, overhead cost, storage and end-stocks management, etc.
- Contribute to the optimization of information systems for the management site.

**Profil recherché**
- You possess a Business School degree or a University degree.
- You have at least 10 years of management controller experience in an industrial environment.
- Your Rigor, organizational and analytical skills, proactive behavior, autonomy, good relationship are true advantages in order to succeed in this mission.
- Critical sense combined with diplomacy are your qualities.
- Your english is proficient and you are an excellent Microsoft Excel user.
- You own strong controlling and accounting skills.
- A lot of trips is required (around 50% of time).
