- As Industrial Performance Project Manager, you are part of a team dedicated to Industrial performance supporting the Activities in their effort to improve the operational and financial performance of the targeted critical sites, elaborating with them the HES standards roadmap deployment with the support of the HES team.**Your main missions**:

- According to the diagnostic shared with the local business team, plan and define the project scope and objectives in compliance with the HES standards,
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner,
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan,
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation,
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and define budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments,
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements,
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation,
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed,
- Manage a change control process.

**Profil recherché**
- You possess a Business School degree or a management University degree.
- You have at least 5 years experience in an industrial environment.
- Your Rigor, organizational and analytical skills, proactive behavior, autonomy, good relationship are true advantages in order to succeed in this mission.
- Critical sense combined with diplomacy are your qualities.
- Your english is proficient and you are an excellent Microsoft Excel user.
- You own strong controlling and accounting skills.
- A lot of trips is required (around 50% of time).
