Our Global Customer Service department is looking for a **System Engineer for our Molecular Biology range (ARGENE) **under a permanent contract.
You will report to the Expert Unit Manager within a team of 15 employees.

**What will be your mission at bioMérieux?**
- **Develop the knowledge and technical skills** of our subsidiaries’ and distributors’ local service teams (field engineers and hotline) on the ARGENE SOLUTION systems
- Participate in **the improvement and development** of the ARGENE SOLUTION **training program**
- ** Conduct training sessions** on the ARGENE SOLUTION systems at the training center, on-site or remotely
- Provide **technical and emergency support** to subsidiaries, distributors, and customers
- Participate in **R&D development projects** for the molecular biology range by representing the voice of the department
- Update the **customer service knowledge base** and assist subsidiaries/distributors in providing service to our customers (guide, service tools, remote support, troubleshooting tool, FAQ....).
- Make **recommendations and proposals** to improve and complete the content of the service offer
- Contribute to the **launch and technical support** of new services by accompanying subsidiaries in the adoption of these services

**Who are you?**
- Minimum **3 years of higher education in electronics or electromechanics**
- ** Minimum 3 years** of professional experience as **a field system engineer** ideally, you have previous experience in training deployment
- You have **an appetence for the IT environment** (networks, connectivity)
- Ideally, you have a good **knowledge of clinical diagnostic systems specialized in molecular biology **and of our customers' environment
- You have good **interpersonal skills** and are known for your **communication** and **teaching skills**
- You have good **adaptation** and **innovation skills**
- You enjoy **working in a team** and you are also able to work **independently**
- You have good **analytical** and **synthesis skills**
- ** Fluent in English** (read, written, spoken). Fluency in another language is a plus.
- Position based in **Marcy l'Etoile** with 15%-20% travelling (Grenoble or Marcy sites and abroad)
