**Position Summary**

LPCE is a global provider of a comprehensive portfolio of innovative connection products and solutions that help conserve resources and protect the environment. We design, manufacture and customize integrated systems, modular, easy to assemble, reusable and innovative for industrial fluids handling.

Reporting to the Group HRM FCGE and a dotted line to the General Manager LPCE, this role plays an important role in the execution of the Division strategy and in achieving overall business goals.

LPCE has approximately 800 team members employed in 7 locations, Headquarter in Rennes coordinating 5 Manufacturing locations : Muzillac, Saint Marcel, Baillé (France), Terrassa (Spain), Nussdorf (Germany) and a logistic platform in Milmort (Belgium). The role is based in Rennes.

**Responsibilities**

The role holder will work with the General Manager and the Division Management Team to lead and manage change to ensure business objectives are achieved through the involvement and engagement of all team members. The role holder will develop and implement appropriate HR practices that are aligned to Group, Division, and local requirements across the following areas:

**Qualifications**

1. Relevant University degree or equivalent qualifications (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Legal) with at least 5-10 years international HR Management/Business Partnering experience in supporting a manufacturing or technology workforce across a matrixed and dispersed environment.

2. Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships with team members at all levels.

3. Customer oriented focus with strong communication skills performed with honesty and integrity.

4. Business acumen and ability to drive strategic thinking

5. Planning and organisational skills, with the ability to lead and contribute to project teams with a collaborative approach.

6. Performance-driven individual with a metrics-driven approach to all solutions.

7. Must be able to travel to other locations as required.
