**RESPONSABILITES**

En tant qu’Enterprise District Manager, vous représenterez ADP et tous les services et produits (internationaux) que nous pouvons offrir à nos clients.
Votre principale responsabilité est de créer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de vous assurer de conclure la transaction.

Vous serez directement rattaché au Directeur Commercial Entreprises et aurez des relations étroites avec de nombreuses parties prenantes d’ADP France & International pour orchestrer la proposition de valeur livrée au client.

**PROFIL**
- Must-Have: 5-10 ans d’expérience de vente dans le HCM, l’industrie de la paie et les fournisseurs, les grandes entreprises technologiques, les partenaires internationaux.
- Maîtrise avérée de l’élaboration de « Plan de compte » et de la mise en oeuvre de stratégies

commerciales complexes auprès de grands comptes locaux et internationaux (+10 000 employés).
- Solides expériences en ventes complexes, solides capacités à piloter l’intégralité d’un cycle vente avec plusieurs parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Motivé par le succès, les résultats et les dépassements.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, intégrité personnelle et attitude positive.
- Savoir interagir au sein d’une organisation matricielle internationale.
- Bon niveau d’anglais (Fluent)
- Vous êtes situé à Nanterre, France
