En tant que Operations Manager, tes objectifs seront:
1) D'apporter un service performant à travers des réponses fiables, rapides et de qualité.
2) De garantir la meilleure expérience client et contribuer ainsi directement à la qualité de service.
Rattaché(e) au service des Opérations, tu travailleras en équipe pour garantir la satisfaction de nos Valets et de nos clients.
Tes missions seront les suivantes:
- Support : Traiter les demandes des chauffeurs par téléphone, mail et chat.
- Logistique : Organisation et l’attribution des missions aux Valets.
- Administratif : Création de commandes entrantes sur notre interface.
- Qualité : Contrôler la qualité des prestations fournies
- Reporting : Transmettre les données des missions réalisées et de l’activité.
Profil:
- De niveau Bac+2 minimum
- Champion de l’organisation et très bon communiquant
- Tu sais t’adapter à n’importe quel type de situation et tu sais gérer ton stress dans l'urgence.
- Ton sens de l’analyse et de l’anticipation sont reconnus par tes pairs.
- Empathique et à l’écoute par nature, tu aimes résoudre les problèmes des autres
- Indépendant(e)/autonome, flexible, tu es capable de trouver des solutions pragmatiques
- Réactif / Efficace
- Si tu as de l’expérience sur un poste similaire c’est un plus.
Poste:
- CDI 35h / semaine
- Du lundi au vendredi
- Repos le week-end
- Travail en journée
