The Sales Performance Division is looking for an Intern to join its Global Sales People Strategy team in Paris. Your mission will be to boost the Monthly Recurring Revenues (MRR) per headcount of our 700 sales in France, Germany and Italy, primarily through people-related topics (development, engagement, compensation, learning, organization etc.). More specifically, your role will encompass key global responsibilities such as designing sales performance management routines, replicating & adapting best sales practices & tooling across our geographies, and designing our sales manager training & engagement strategy. If successful, your impact on some of Doctolib's most important KPIs will be immediate, direct, & measurable. To achieve your targets, you will perform critical analysis, identify improvement and performance opportunities, and lead impactful projects in close collaboration with our Salesforce Product managers as well as our Local Sales Excellence & Country Leadership teams in France, Germany & beyond. You will also work very closely with our Go To Market & Data teams. This global position is key at a time when Doctolib is scaling up at exceptional speed, developing its product portfolio & expanding its geographic presence - and therefore needs to scale its sales strategy & organization to the next level. This is also a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management skills at a company recognized both as a sales powerhouse and a leading eHealth scale-up in Europe. You will report directly to the Global Sales Performance Manager in charge of Hunting & Closing. The Sales Performance Division is the global owner of all tools, processes & people strategy topics across the entire sales cycle for all products & geographies. Our North-Star KPI is MRR growth per headcount - plain & simple. **Role** As a Sales People Strategy Intern, you will play a role in: - Defining sales people organization, processes & tools - Monitoring key sales performance indicators - Contributing to sales-related knowledge management & learning strategy - Designing Doctolib's sales development strategy (career path, promotion strategy, compensation review ) - Boosting sales performance by replicating / adapting best practices & tooling across our geographies (France, Germany, Italy ) - Defining our Sales manager training & engagement strategy to boost team happiness and performance. - Supporting the team in general to deliver global projects You will work very closely with our People Strategy team (HR), our Local Sales Excellence teams in France, Germany & Italy, as well as our Sales Performance Project Managers. **Ideal profile** - You are working towards / have just finished a Master-level degree, ideally in business or engineering - Ideally, you have a first experience in consulting, sales or people strategy - You have solid project management skills, which you want to develop further - You are rigorous & highly structured, with outstanding analytical skills - You excel in fast-paced environments, where prioritization & velocity are key - You boast excellent interpersonal skills, with a ability to "sell" & create alignment among multiple stakeholders - You are results oriented with a "get things done", KPI-driven attitude - You are ambitious and want to have a positive, concrete impact on society - Experience in healthcare is a plus - Fluent in English.
