Sélectionner les audiences définies par les équipes data
Programmer / Shooter et assurer le suivi des campagnes (taux de clic, d'ouverture, de délivrabilité...) en collaboration avec les experts data et le chef de projet CRM de l'agence
/// PROFIL
Tu as une première expérience de shooting eMails en gros volumes sur Selligent ou Salesforce, et tu as démontré ton organisation, ta réactivité et ta fiabilité (tu double-checkes tout avant d'envoyer). Tu aimes le rythme agence, la data et la logique. Tu as un niveau d'anglais opérationnel.
Tu travailles en binôme avec le chef de projet CRM qui définit les messages et gère les relations avec le client, et les équipes data pour l'analyse et l'optimisation des performances des campagnes. Tu rejoins une team de 30p dédiée à un client prestigieux du secteur automobile, où tous les métiers sont intégrés, du Media au CRM en passant par la Data et les projets. Ta N+1 est la dir clientèle avec une douzaine d'année d'expérience en CRM et une belle empathie, et le patron de l'équipe dédiée à ton client a 20 ans de CRM en agence à son actif
Tes locaux sont à Boulogne-Billancourt et tu as 2j de télétravail par semaine.
