**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Marketing Service Manager to drive and support the service business transformation, product and solution roadmaps, and the execution of our New Digital, Controls and Service Solutions across EMEA region.

The role reports into the EMEA Service Marketing Director, but close working with engineering, spare parts department, sales, operations, and other support organizations in a matrix international environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Product Manager Service Controls you’ll:

- Manage the development and support the sales with controls and connected service solutions based on customers' needs.
- Represent and support service growth by ensuring that service-related solutions and initiatives are integrated in all HVAC new equipment design processes.
- Work closely with technology suppliers, Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Sales, and Business Development teams to define the best Go to Market strategies and provide high-impact products and services.
- Help develop and deliver marketing collateral, presentations, tools and training material to both external and internal audiences.
- Conduct trainings for sales, project managers, technicians at training sessions, sales meetings, tradeshows, mainly in Europe.
- Help establish metrics to manage the activity and make strategic decisions in conjunction with the Marketing Department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration with successful complementary professional experience. A Master's degree or equivalent work experience would be an advantage.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in product management, building automation & control sales or service-related fields.
- Fluency in English is mandatory and additional European language would be an advantage.
- Good marketing or service sales management experience in an international environment.
- Strong consultation and customer interaction skills, able to articulate technical information to non-technical audience.
