We are hiring **immediately** for **hungry, competent, confident people** to represent a trade show sales and lead generation brand at **Pharma Pack Europe** in Paris.
If you’re sharp, proactive, and comfortable walking up to strangers and starting real conversations, you’ll do well here.
If you need hand-holding, scripts, or permission to talk to people — this is **not** the role.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Roaming the trade show floor (not stuck at a booth)
- Starting confident conversations with exhibitors and attendees
- Identifying decision-makers and qualifying interest
- Capturing lead information accurately
- **Booking meetings directly onto a shared calendar**:
- Representing the brand with confidence, professionalism, and energy
**Who We Want (Non-Negotiable)**
- Fluent, confident **English speaker**:
- Strong people skills and **sales instinct**:
- Comfortable approaching strangers all day
