We are a friendly and fast-paced bike tour and rental company, looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring they have a smooth and memorable experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to reservation inquiries, changes, and general questions
- Coordinate with our operations and tour guides to ensure guests are well cared for
- Troubleshoot problems with confidence and a calm, solutions-oriented approach
**Requirements**:
- Availability to work **Saturdays and Sundays**
- **Excellent English** (spoken and written)
- A strong sense of independence, initiative, and reliability
- **Permanent residence in France, valid working permit**
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Comfortable working under a **130-hour/month contract**, with an increase to full time **starting March 2026**
- French-speaking is a plus
- Able to occasionally (or regularly) visit our office in Paris 75015. Otherwise remote work is negotiable.
**_ Start date ASAP, possibility for break over winter AND/OR we are also looking for people to start mid-Feb 2026._
