If you are looking to elevate your training career, join our Product training team as a Training Manager for the French market, and help our customers discover and learn the full range of Emarsys Customer Engagement Platform.

**YOUR AR**EA OF R**ESPONSIBILITIES**
- Share the knowledge - facilitate learning and provide basic and comprehensive product and user training to our customers and other stakeholders
- Own the Training - plan, design, coordinate and execute all facets of training logistics, training content creation, and training content delivery
- Keep it fresh - maintain and refine the global learning platform ensuring the most relevant and up to date learning plans and training resources are available for learners
- Train the Trainers -Select, train, support and evaluate internal “trainers” (content owners)
- Identify the needs - work cross-functionally within the organization to identify skill gaps, training opportunities and develop/deliver sustainable training solutions and recommendations
- Create strategies - assess business needs and align training activities as well as define a learning strategy to facilitate a learning organization
- Identify the outcomes - Evaluate the effectiveness of delivered programs, communicate outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement

**YOUR PROFILE**
- University degree in adult education, marketing or software is an advantage
- Experience in the field of SaaS and software technical training serves as an advantage
- Expertise and broad knowledge of e-learning platforms & new and emerging (online) training tools
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
- Excellent presentation, communication and documentation skills
- Capable of working independently across cultures in a clear and structured manner
- Fluency in French and English language
