Technical Sales support
- Actively promote Teledyne-e2v value proposition in close cooperation with the sales and marketing teams to convince the engineering community at key customers/prospects
- Provide pre-sales support to customer during their evaluation and selection as well as during system development / integration phase.
- Collaborate with the Business Teams marketing teams to execute successful sales campaigns for New Product Introduction (NPI) and help close New Business Opportunities (NBO)
- Provide first level post-sales technical support
- Manage the hotline in term of quality and timeliness of response
- Feedback customer inputs to product and project managers

Sales collateral with technical content:

- Provide technical content for Sales collateral in collaboration with marketing and Marcom
- Present within Webinar session to prospects

Technical training:

- Develop Solution-level training material targeted for direct sales people as well as indirect Channels (Distributors / Rep’s)
- Provide regular training session to direct sales and indirect channels within the region

Mobility- The role implies travel throughout the region to meet with customers (20% of the time in average)**Exigences d'emploi / Qualifications**:

- To succeed in the role you must have:
**Applications Engineering experience**
- Suitable Graduate Qualification(s) in Science or Engineering.
- Experience on vision systems (image sensors, industrial cameras, optics, etc.)
- Be familiar with programming environments and scripting languages (Matlab, Python, etc.)

**Soft skills**
- Listening, probing and analysis skills to capture & articulate customer requirements
- A highly effective bridge-builder linking e2v stakeholders to customers
- Highly developed presentation skills to internal & external customers/stakeholders
- Ability to work across global territories, within a multi-cultural environment
- Fully proficiency in English, French would be an advantage.
