Agile Transformation Coach and Change Manager

In the context of the overall transformation of AXA Partners towards digital, efficiency, simplicity and agility, the Agile transformation & Change manager is responsible for ensure change management tools are applied to change the culture and ways of practices towards agility and simplicity. She/he has to ensure that expected impacts and benefits associated to this transformation are delivered (e.g. communication, employee engagement )

The role is in charge of accompanying and involving teams in this new culture in AXA Partners by providing expert advice, best practices and coaching to key managers and teams on this Agile IT & Business transformation on all its dimensions (change in the culture, organization agility, management style, facilitation of communities of practices, way of working)

He/she works in close collaboration with the Agile Transformation leader, HR, direct reports from COO, team communication in order to promote, support and anchor this new culture and agility

1. Support managers and teams to evolve their roles and ways of working (Law of the customer to deliver value)

2. Guide teams in the new agile culture to become self-organizing teams, working in short cycles and focused on delivering value to customers (Law of the team)

Support managers and teams in a continuing effort to operate as an interacting network of teams, all focused on working together to deliver increasing value to customers, and facilitating communities of practices and events (Law of the Network)

1. Support managers and teams to evolve their roles and ways of working in order to deliver values:
a. Guide managers to develop leadership thanks to various tools like management 3.0

b. Provide training to teams and managers on being and doing agile

c. Coordinate and provide workshops, trainings and coaching to managers and their teams

d. Track initiatives and issues from managers in their teams to adapt the support they need

e. In close collaboration with HR, measure and follow-up the human/sourcing change and through various KPI (Interviews, Pulse, eNPS, )

2. Guide teams in the new agile culture to become self-organizing teams, working in short cycles and focused on delivering value to customers:
a. Co-build the Agile vision and Agile transformation plan in close collaboration with Agile Transformation Leader, key stakeholders, HR

b. Provide support and expertise in change management thanks to change tools like communication plan, training plan, sponsor roadmap,

c. Coordinate and facilitate workshops, trainings and coachings

d. Ensure that progress, actions and benefits are measured and shared

e. Measure and follow-up the cultural change through various KPI (Pulse, eNPS, )

3. Support managers and teams in a continuing effort to operate as an interacting network of teams, all focused on working together to deliver increasing value to customers

a. Push the Agile transformation in all departments through communities of practices, show cases, guides, collaboration tools

b. Identify, encourage and manage agile ambassadors/champions in all departments in their local and global actions

Work in close collaboration with Communication teams to ensure regular and various communication and events

**Your Profile**
- Higher education, engineering or business school
- 5/7 years of experience on a similar position
- Fluent in English
- Significant experience in agile or agile inspired transformation
- Experience in change management in the context of transformation
- Experience as an Agile coach or similar experience
- Experience of working at a senior/ management level in a complex environment, managing complex transformation initiatives with a range of stakeholders
- High level of maturity in people interface skills, working both across cultures and at various levels of the organization
