Overview: The Online Strategic Initiatives Coordinator will report to the Online Strategic Initiatives Director. After 8 years working at the Boston Consulting Group, the Online Strategic Initiatives Director joined ELC 4 years ago, leading main Online strategic considerations and projects for EMEA Region. She is reporting to the EMEA Vice President, Digital Commerce & Marketing. Hence the job is a regional job, serving all EMEA markets and all brands (15+), to collaborate on projects focused on key online strategic initiatives for the EMEA region. We are looking for a 6-month role starting in Jan 2026. It is the opportunity to discover a lot on various online topics (from digital marketing and e-commerce business to supply chain, Media, CRM, Data, Content), through all channels (Direct to consumer, e-retailers, pure players, Marketplaces, Omnichannel...) and all the ELC brands, in an international environment. Key tasks: - Support the preparation of the 3 years Online Strategy: align on and prioritize the key initiatives, coordinate the preparation with the different initiatives' owners - in partnership with EMEA Strategy team - Ensure the animation of bi-monthly calls with the DCM community: identify agenda with the EMEA and market DCM leads, prepare the content, animate the meeting and organize the follow-ups - Support confidential projects in partnership with the Online Strategic Initiatives Director, especially a current strategic project about distribution expansion: competitors and price analysis, distribution landscape analysis, preparation of update for top management - Support the Online Strategic Initiatives Director in her daily tasks and on an ad-hoc basis other functions on specific topics Skills required: - Minimum Education Level: BAC+5 - Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1 - Required Language Proficiency: Fluent English required / French is a plus Additional Job Specifications: - High drive and commitment to topics and tasks at hand - Motivated and willing mindset - Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with exposure to several markets and several functions - Analytical skills and proven rigor ("zero defect") - Strong mastery of PowerPoint and slide design - Mastery of Excel - Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral - Business sense and curiosity mindset with the will to drive for impact in all projects - Ability to step back, be solution-oriented and make proposals
