Descriptif du poste Dans le cadre du développement de notre département « Expediting », nous recherchons un(e) Project Expediting Coordinator. Rattaché(e) au responsable "Project Expediting", le Project Expediting Coordinator a pour mission d'assurer un suivi global des commandes incorporées visant à livrer un matériel conforme aux exigences contractuelles. Pour ce faire, votre rôle sera: - D'initialiser la commande tant en interne qu'en externe (réunion de transfert, kick-off) - Assurer la coordination et la relance des différentes disciplines impliquées dans l'exécution de la commande (Engineering, Inspection, Shipping, Achat ). - Superviser et coordonner le flux documentaire vendeur jusqu'à validation du dossier final constructeur. - Contrôler l'avancement vendeur et maintient à jour d'un reporting pour le projet. - Anticiper et analyser les problèmes. - En cas de dérive, vous devez être force de proposition dans la mise en place d'actions correctives (courriers contractuels, visite expediting). - Coordonner l'ensemble des activités de mise à disposition du matériel (mise en caisse, documentation transport, autorisation d'expédition) - S'occuper de la clôture administrative de la commande (support LD, facturation, REX). Profil recherché Issu(e) d'une formation de type Bac +5 ingénieur généraliste, vous justifiez d'une première expérience en tant qu'Expeditor d'au moins 3 ans. Doté d'un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, vous savez prioriser vos actions. Vous savez prendre des décisions, en ayant la conscience de l'intérêt global pour le projet de chacune de vos actions est une qualité recherchée. Votre sens du relationnel vous permet de vous intégrer rapidement et de travailler en équipe. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable dans votre rôle.
