We are looking for a **Package Lead ICSS** to assume a pivotal role in an Oil & Gas project.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Compliance, Safety, and Leadership**
- Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Set a positive example by complying with the company’s code of conduct and ethical standards.

**2. Technical and Managerial Oversight**
- Establish, supervise, and lead the ICSS team, ensuring that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
- Oversee technical assessments to ensure compliance with H3SE standards, deadlines, budgets, and quality objectives.

**3. Interface and Contract Management**
- Coordinate interfaces among various project packages (Drilling, Topsides, CSP).
- Prepare and manage ICSS-related contracts, ensuring conformity with internal protocols.

**4. Risk Management and Documentation**
- Regularly update and maintain the risk register while implementing mitigation strategies.
- Deliver ICSS systems that are safe, reliable, and suitable for operational requirements.
- Leverage lessons learned to enhance future projects.

**5. Strategic Contribution**
- Contribute to the overall objective of maximizing economic value by optimizing quality, costs, and schedules.
- Engage proactively with partners and local authorities to ensure efficient project execution.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**:
- A degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated managerial capabilities alongside technical proficiency in ICSS.
- **Experience**:
- Between 10 to 15 years of managerial experience within the oil and gas or construction sectors.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years in a comparable position.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English is essential.

This project, situated in the OML102 block in Nigeria, is distinguished by its **innovative** and **audacious methodology**. By utilizing mínimalistic yet effective technical solutions, including a conductor-supported platform and Zapock pipelines, the project seeks to optimize resources, reduce expenditures, and lessen environmental impact, all while maintaining the highest Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

**Total investment**: $700 million USD ($450M CAPEX; $250M DRILLEX).

**FEED phase**: Commencing in October 2024, lasting for 5 months.

**First production target**: Q2 2027..
