L’objectif de ce poste consiste à optimiser les process des fonctions Revenue et de maximiser leur impact et leur performance mais aussi d’agir comme un tiers qui challenge l’organisation Revenue pour permettre sans cesse de progresser. En tant que Head of Revenue Operations chez Skello, votre objectif sera également d'accompagner l’équipe Sales, Business et CX Operations au sein de Skello. Au sein de l’équipe Performance, vous serez rattaché à Jean-Baptiste notre VP Operations et travaillerez avec les équipes Data, Tech Ops, Gestion de projets, Enablement. Vous occuperez un poste transversal et clé pour notre croissance. Vous gérerez un pôle essentiel avec un aspect managerial (quatre personnes en poste). **Missions** - Établir la vision, les objectifs et piloter la stratégie de l'équipe - Définir la structure et les besoins de l’équipe - Exécuter un plan avec des résultats concrets en sachant prioriser - Contribuer à l’amélioration des performances des équipes commerciales - Identifier les axes d’amélioration et proposer des plans d’actions - Améliorer l’efficacité des équipes client (Onboarding, Customer Success, Support) et les aider à automatiser les actions. - Accompagner l’analyse des potentiels axes de développement stratégique de Skello (ouverture de marchés, secteurs, opportunités d’acquisition). - Mettre en place un forecast efficace et aider au pilotage des objectifs globaux et par équipe. - Communiquer de manière régulière sur la performance de l’équipe **Qualifications** - Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une équipe Revenue ou Operations avec une expérience en start-up ou dans un environnement stimulant. - Une expérience en management - Curieux, esprit analytique et doté d’un sens business - Capable de proposer des solutions simples à des problèmes complexes - Vous avez idéalement une bonne connaissance du business SaaS et ses enjeux - Agile, capable de vous adapter dans un environnement changeant rapidement - Anglais professionnel (niveau C2) 1. Appel de découverte (30 min) avec Jean-Baptiste, VP Operations 2. Test technique à préparer 3. Premier entretien : présentation du test technique et échanges sur le poste (60 min) avec Jean-Baptiste, VP Operations 4. Deuxième entretien "Culture et valeurs" (30/45 min) avec l’équipe Rev Ops (2 personnes sur les 4). 5. Troisième entretien "Vision" (30 min) avec Emmanuelle, COO 6.
