**POSITION**

You will be part of the Hardware team, who is in charge of the full development of the new generation of our high-performance processors in very advanced technology nodes (below 5nm)

You will be responsible for the physical implementation of SOC subsystems. You will perform all steps from placement to signoff, facing many exciting challenges: high frequency, complex clock structure, power optimization. You will work closely with the FE team and EDA vendors.

**CANDIDATE**
- Experience : _
- 2 years+ experience in Place&Route of SOC
- Experience in advanced nodes 16nm, 6nm, 5nm would be a plus.
- Flow development and automation implementation
- Interfacing with external vendors and IP sources to resolve problems.
- Skills :_
- Systems-level floorplanning
- Clock tree synthesis, setup and debug to reach optimal QoR
- DRC, LVS, antenna issues analysis
- Power integrity and reliability analysis
- Tcl and Perl scripting languages
- Brilliant debugging and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Cadence tools would be a plus
- Profile :_
- Curious, autonomous, Rigorous
- Strong teamwork skills

- Location: Montbonnot (Grenoble area, France) or Sophia (Nice Area, France)
