We are currently looking for 5 Sales & Business Analysis interns (in Paris and/or Bordeaux) to join different teams within the Supply team. **Your Mission (If You Accept It)**: **1st team - Sellers Onboarding / Sales Development** - Reporting to our Lead Seller Activation, your duties will include: - 1. Converting leads from all European countries and UK into Back Market sellers, taking care of their onboarding so they are ready to start selling, - 2. Account managing them during their first period of sales on BM ensuring their Quality is good and they know how all processes work and how to deliver the best experience to the customers. Missions: - Following the Team processes to manage sellers everyday in the most efficient way and using tools to ensure the team efficiency and performance, - Training the new sellers on the Back Market tools, for them to be quickly autonomous and achieve high performance, - Providing sellers with data-proven feedback and action plan to help them improve quality and grow sales on all markets thanks to forecast and business opportunities, - Following and owning different KPIs to ensure the best performance of the team translated into the best seller management, - Collaborating in projects such as creating new tools and processes to increase the conversion, efficiency, learning for sellers and seller’s Quality. **OR** *** **2nd team - Business analysis & strategy / Account Management** - Within the Supply team, you will work closely with and support our refurbishers to offer the customers the best products quality & price-wise. You will focus on different topics related to quality, category management, price analysis, compliance or E-Commerce competition. Missions: - Providing: draw key insights from raw data and current situation thanks to your data-driven mindset and business knowledge (e.g. analyze databases, KPI major trends or qualitative data), - Developing: create and prioritize new processes and tools for sellers, and manage several projects at a time (e.g. identify sellers' needs and ways to resolve them), - Partnering: work with many stakeholders across diverse teams and manage realistic road maps and timelines (e.g. find the right contact persons, share workload and take initiatives), - Monitoring: follow-up the impact and design tailored action plans and next steps to constantly improve projects and seek efficiency (e.g. build effective monitoring methods and always take a step back). **You’re At The Right Place If**: - You are fluent (verbal and written communication) in English / any other languages is a plus - You ideally have a previous experience in Sales/Consulting/Project management position - Proactive and positive attitude - You will represent our team and the Back Market brand interfacing with many corporate accounts on our marketplace - You have an analytical mind - strong use of insights and confident around data-driven decision-making > familiar with Office and in particular Excel to manipulate data.
