At DWF we are currently recruiting for a Billing Assistant to come and join the Paris team on a hybrid basis, with the team currently working from home once a week.

**Responsibilities**:
- Managing customer invoicing (preparation, issuance, and dispatch of customer invoices, including e-billing).
- Conducting weekly reviews with associates of outstanding receivables (WIP and unpaid).
- Managing time entries (time transfer and correction of booking errors).
- Following up with customers by telephone and in writing, in both French and English.
- The role involves contact with clients, partners and associates.
What will help you succeed in this role?:
**Essential**
- Previous experience in a Billing or Invoicing role.
- Great knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to manage workload and support colleagues in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French.
**Desirable**
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal services.
- Knowledge of Septeo Neo software (to be introduced in the team in June 2025).
- Willingness to learn and grow, take on new responsibilities as needed.
