As a **Strategic Project Manager**, you will play a key role in planning and leading cross-team strategic initiatives on a wide range of topics to help Qonto grow and meet its business objectives. You will also lead strategic assessments (including M&A) to help Qonto grow even faster.

You will work closely with **Senior Management** and collaborate with various Qonto teams — including Growth, Product, Tech, Ops, Finance, and People — ensuring cross-functional coordination to successfully execute your missions.

‍‍ **As a Strategic Project Manager at Qonto, you will**:

- **Lead Strategic Projects**: Drive a variety of cross-team strategic initiatives, such as growth & pricing strategy, GTM strategy, product strategy, from conception to implementation.
- **Conduct Strategic and M&A Assessments**: Identify and evaluate new strategic opportunities for Qonto. Develop M&A investment theses, conduct in-depth opportunity analyses, and perform strategic due diligence to support informed decision-making.
- **Provide Strategic Support to Leadership**: Partner closely with the leadership team as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and guidance to amplify their effectiveness and drive business impact.

**About your future Manager**

Your future manager will be **Cédrick**, our Strategy lead.
- Prior to joining Qonto, Cédrick worked in Strategy Consulting, specializing in strategic planning, M&A due diligence, and growth strategies. He also gained entrepreneurial experience by co-founding an e-commerce startup.
- Cédrick has been with Qonto for 4.5 years, where he has led and scaled the Strategic Projects team. He brings deep expertise in both strategy and execution within the Fintech sector.

**About You**
- **Experience**: 4-6+ years of experience in a top-tier **consulting firm** and/or as a **strategic project manager** in a startup or company (Experience in Payments/Fintech/Banking is a plus)
- **Analytical Thinker**: You have an **analytical spirit**, enjoy **complex problem-solving**, and thrive in quantitative & financial projects.
- **Curious & Insight-Driven**: You’re eager to **learn**, explore new opportunities, and **push the boundaries** of what’s possible.
- **Strong Communicator**: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to **structure, synthesize, and present** insights clearly.
- **Project & Stakeholder Management**: You’re highly organized, able to **break silos, lead cross-team initiatives, and drive execution**.
- **Detail-Oriented**: You take pride in executing tasks flawlessly and ensuring thorough follow-through. **Languages**: Native-level English is required; **French, Italian, German, or Spanish** is a big plus.
