Depuis 2019, Masteos réinvente l’expérience de l’investissement locatif, actif préféré des Français, en proposant un parcours entièrement dématérialisé et un accompagnement de haut niveau aux particuliers qui souhaitent acheter un bien pour le louer.
Nous proposons un service clés en main structuré autour de quatre grands pôles, tous internalisés : l’acquisition, les travaux, l’ameublement et la gestion locative, le tout accessible à terme par un parcours entièrement in-app.
Notre ambition est de permettre aux Français, et demain aux Européens, de réaliser leurs investissements immobiliers depuis leur téléphone, sans avoir à visiter de biens ou à gérer un chantier et des locataires.
Un guichet unique du locatif, qui permet à chacun de constituer son patrimoine avec un parcours entièrement in-app et un service à la qualité inégalée.
Masteos connaît aujourd’hui la plus grande croissance européenne de son secteur et offre un service unique sur le continent, avec l’ambition de l’étoffer et d’en faire la référence du secteur.

En collaboration directe avec Louise Head of Strategic projects, tu auras un rôle clé dans l’hypercroissance de Masteos. Le pôle est directement rattaché au CEO et au plus proche des problématiques du codir.
Tu seras en charge de:

- Contribuer à la construction du pôle Strategic Projects, nouvellement créé chez Masteos, notamment la mise en place de la méthodologie et l’évangélisation des équipes.
- Piloter des projets cross-teams à fort impact, en France et à l’international, de la définition du projet à l’exécution. _Exemples de projets: choix d’un ERP, décentralisation, lancement de nouveaux produits, stratégie d’ouverture de villes et pays etc._
- Mettre en place des outils de reporting afin d’analyser nos KPIs clés et l’impact des projets mis en place, en collaboration avec l’équipe data.
- Aligner une multitude d’interlocuteurs (produit, tech, finance, marketing, customer service, HR etc), t’assurer de leur collaboration et de la conduite au changement.
- Améliorer des process transverses (RH, Ops,..) en collaboration avec nos équipes opérations et structuration des équipes
- Analyser des insights de différentes sources (ventes, marché, compétition, produit, feedback client...) et identifier des opportunités de croissance.
- Benchmarker les outils et partenaires potentiels, et driver leur mise en place.
- Tu as une expérience professionnelle de 2 à 4 ans, dans le conseil en stratégie, en venture capital ou en strategic projects dans une scale-up.
- Tu as déjà leadé des projets transversaux complexes, qui demandent de fédérer diverses équipes et de mettre les mains dans le cambouis.
- Tu fais preuve d’empathie et d’humilité, ta priorité est d’aider les équipes à s’améliorer.
- Tu adores les outils et la méthodo, fondamentaux pour l’excellence opérationnelle.
- Français natif et anglais courant
