About the job:
As an Account Manager at Astrata you will fulfill an important, connecting role and you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. Your responsibilities could be divided to 3 main areas.

Offer excellent ongoing technical support to existing clients (50%)
Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues such as performing field tests with hardware solutions, hardware installation of telematics systems. Build strong customer relationships and manage customer expectations. Being the owner of customer issues resolution and technical trouble shooting. Keep track of key account metrics, where you communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders. Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities.

Project Managing existing clients and execution of Implementation (25%)
Functioning as the link between client and internal teams regarding the project. Managing customized implementation for clients to get the technology up and running/demonstrate its capabilities within a specified time frame. Providing complete user training for customers and partners, including software and hardware installation. Explaining processes and timings, align resources, manage projects, get business input with the help of Sales.

The commercial aspect of the role (25%)
Being a strategic advisor to existing clients to help them get the most out of Astrata product. Understanding the challenges and goals of the client and help translate these into a future-proof solutions that Astrata technology can offer. Promoting unit sales through consultation and/or evaluations. Inspiring the client with best practices within Astrata and collaborate with Sales team to achieve sustainable growth.

Your skills and experience:
2-4 years relevant experience in a technical customer support role.
Strong experience in project management, client support activities and technical account management,
Ability to demonstrate a high level of flexibility, own initiative, working independently and desire of working in an international environment,
Affinity with high tech industry (communication, fleet management, Software as a Service) and Experience in the transport industry will be considered a plus.
Fluent in French (native) and English (professional level).

In this role you will be expected to travel frequently within France, at least 50% of your time. The rest of the time you are expected to work from your home office.
