**MISSION**: Within TANGRAM, a center of excellence for training and innovation aimed at creating sustainable transportation and logistics for the future, you will join the Front Office team of the ACADEMY. As a privileged interlocutor for business units, you will collaborate with leading French and international universities and business schools to develop tailored learning and development solutions for high-potential individuals, experts, and managers within the CMA CGM Group. You will work closely with the Back Office to implement these solutions.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Front Office's missions span across all areas, so it's expected that each Learning & Development Expert supports their colleagues when appropriate. Your responsibilities include:
Working closely with Human Resources to analyze the needs of target populations.
Listening to, challenging, and structuring the development needs of business units.
Drafting specifications and issuing requests for proposals in partnership with procurement, selecting providers from leading universities and business schools in line with the price/quality charter.
Collaborating on project management for complex training projects by ensuring the monitoring of design and production.
Proposing innovative synchronous and asynchronous pedagogical approaches.
**Participating in content development**: training materials for both trainers and participants.
Drafting necessary communication materials.
Identifying, evaluating, training, and managing a network of internal and external contributors.
Continuously evaluating and evolving the implemented learning solutions.
Facilitating, when necessary, part of the solutions to meet expressed needs.
