**About the role**
**You will**:
- Collaborate with team members to strategize research and outreach campaigns
- Interact with clients to calibrate expectations and ensure we are meeting their needs
- Leverage various tools to identify and engage great talent
- Review and analyze data to improve staffing performance
- Identify unique and non-traditional talent sources (e.g., university recruiting)
**You are**:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and internet search
- Able to work in a self-directed manner, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
**You have**:
- Semiconductor recruiting experience preferred
- High-tech Manufacturing or Light Industrial experience required
- French and English written and spoken professional proficiency
- A desire to represent yourself, RocketPower, and the client with integrity and courtesy
- An understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
- Previous startup and/or agency experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
