Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager maintains and develops the long-term relationship with one or more customers of strategic importance to the Group. Assigned to a named and selected customer, the SAM is responsible for achieving mutual growth, profitability, trust and innovation to be the customer's supplier of choice. The SAM represents the full range of Endress+Hauser products, services and solutions to ensure the adaptation and development of its offering for the strategic customer to meet the customer's current and future requirements.
**Role + Responsibilities:
- Establishes productive, professionnal relationships with key stakeholder in assigned global customer accounts in Environmental sector
- Coordinates the involvement of Endress+Hauser personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer's expectations
- Meets assigned tarhets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned account
- Proactively leads a joint-company strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Endress+Hauser personnel
**Profile + Qualifications:
- Ideally, you have an engineering background in a technical field complemented by commercial or business engineering training
- You bring a confirmed experience in business development in a technical field, ideally for large accounts
- You are open and curious about international business
- You bring a strategic vision, natural leadership and the ability to coordinate and federate
- Fluency in French and English is essential for this position (Fluent)
- International travel is expected at a rate of 25-30% of the time
