We're looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: we're looking for an exceptional Senior Franchise Area Specialist - Sales Coach to join us and help grow our impact across France

**Your role**:
Reporting to the Franchised Team Lead, you will work closely with all Franchise Area Specialists, providing one-on-one coaching, conducting training sessions and workshops. The focus will be on onboarding, ongoing capability development, new initiative implementations, and performance interventions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coach the franchise area specialist before, during and after field trip : 1 JT/sale/quarter at least with report, feedbacks and action plan
- Organize role plays, sales training and shadowing session to continually improve pitch and sales rep conversion rate.
- Identify the strengths and improvement of each sales rep, define the corresponding action plan, and development goals.
- Develop onboarding and training programs for new joiners that develop the core competencies needed in the role, through a variety of learning methods.
- Contribute to a supportive, fun team environment and high performance culture by leading regular skill sessions.
- Support your manager on area manager performance, working with the employee to improve their skills, confidence and performance through coaching and re-training.
- Collaborate and work closely with your manager to define growth paths for the teams and improve synergies between and among teams.

**Requirements**:

- You are a great salesperson and you're a great leader. You have an exceptional understanding of how to motivate a team
- You have strong experience working and leading in sales. This has exposed you to different sales environments and methodologies that you can draw on to lead Too Good To Go's sales team
- You're an incredible trainer and get energised by growing individuals and teams.
- You are a first-class communicator and are able to draw on those skills to set the bar high and get team members to perform at their absolute best
- You are highly empathetic and emotionally intelligent, and at the same time, you know how to challenge people. You believe that intrinsic motivation and a growth mindset are key to success. You fully agree when people tell you that coaching is a trajectory, not an event.
