Chez PikkoPay, on révolutionne l’expérience d’achat en magasin avec notre solution Scan&Go, qui permet aux clients de scanner et payer leurs courses directement sur leur smartphone, sans faire la queue. Après des déploiements réussis, notre prochain défi : transformer Lille en laboratoire de croissance et bâtir un cluster solide d’utilisateurs fidèles.
1. **Mission principale**
- Créer une **base d’utilisateurs fidèles** à Lille, en commençant par les zones stratégiques (bureaux, campus, flux étudiants).
- Transformer les **tests magasins + animations** en **croissance organique** (rétention + bouche-à-oreille).
- Structurer un **playbook d’acquisition et de rétention locale** qui pourra ensuite être déployé dans d’autres villes.
2. **Compétences clés**
- **Growth marketing local** : savoir lancer des campagnes ciblées sur une ville, tester rapidement (flyers, partenariats campus, influenceurs locaux, WhatsApp groups, pubs hyper-localisées, etc.).
- **Activation terrain** : capacité à collaborer avec les staffers en magasin, à transformer les animations en “campagnes marketing locales”.
- **Community building** : créer un noyau d’ambassadeurs (étudiants, salariés de bureaux, influenceurs micro locaux).
- **Data-driven** : mesurer précisément taux de conversion, réutilisation après 1ère semaine, CAC/LTV local.
3. **Profil humain**
- **Doer & terrain first** : aime être en magasin, tester sur le terrain, parler aux clients.
- **Créatif & scrappy** : capable de lancer une campagne guerrilla marketing avec peu de budget.
- **Local connector** : connaît (ou sait activer vite) le tissu local : assos étudiantes, influenceurs, commerçants, espaces de coworking.
- **Résilient et orienté résultats** : pas un marketeur de “jolis posts”, mais quelqu’un qui vise un vrai **nombre d’utilisateurs actifs/semaine**.
4. **Expériences utiles**
- Déjà lancé une app / service B2C en local (foodtech, mobilité, app étudiant).
- Expérience en **growth hacking** ou en **marketing d’activation**.
- Bonus : réseau dans l’écosystème étudiant / start-up / retail de Lille.
5. **Livrables attendus (3-6 mois)**
- 1 cluster solide de **500-1000 utilisateurs actifs réguliers** à Lille.
- Un **playbook marketing Lille** réplicable (quelles actions ont marché, quels canaux sont efficaces).
- Des **premiers ambassadeurs locaux** (étudiants / salariés) qui relaient PikkoPay naturellement.
- Un modèle d’**activation + rétention** validé pour préparer le scaling sur d’autres villes.
