THE TEAM
- Team Name & Location: IT Support Team, Paris Office
- Team Composition: IT manager
- Role Overview: Assist the IT Manager with daily IT operations
- Tech Stack & Tools: Windows 11, Mac OS, Linux OS, Android, iOS
- Additional Information: Work-study contract (apprenticeship)

YOUR MISSION
- Manage the entire computer fleet, incoming and outgoing inventory, worldwide.
- Build and maintain onboarding, offboarding and employees profile updates.
- Drive the IT Service Desk and provide on-site or remote user support.
- Liaise with internal teams for hardware and software configuration, setting up peripherals.
- Act as a contributor in ongoing projects and asset and inventory management.

WHAT YOUʼLL BRING
- Proven experience in handling computers and everything related. Comfortable with Windows 11, Mac OS, Linux OS and Android/iOS devices.
- Confidence in communication, adapting to different audiences and providing help when needed.
- Eagerness to support users, manage inventory and learn in the field of IT support.
