**What we will do together**

As part of the EMEA Cybersecurity Department, the Cyber Awareness Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding cybersecurity awareness programs for the company.

In charge of communications, training, and testing for users, he/she interact with his/her ecosystem to carry out the most relevant, effective, and educational actions.

**Context**
- EMEA Information System Direction based at the headquarters in Paris 8th arrondissement
- 3500 employees, 2500 users, 12 subsidiaries (mainly in Europe) and 2 industrial sites in France.

**Main activities**

Your main missions will focus on:
**Organizing the activity, training and testing our users.**
- Develop and implement cybersecurity training and awareness programs (orientation, technical solutions, annual planning, etc.) tailored to the different levels of the organization, and incorporating the guidelines and best practices of our internal security policies.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns to promote a cyber culture within the company.
- Conduct regular tests to maintain our users' level of vigilance and ensure proper understanding of the various communications and trainings provided.
- Establishing indicators to quantify awareness actions and their effectiveness.

**Work and collaborate with your ecosystem**
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify gaps in best practices and prioritize awareness topics to be deployed.
- Keep an eye on cybersecurity trends and developments to adapt your awareness programs accordingly.
- Contract with external providers to assist and support your actions.
- Exchange with our Japanese parent company to share knowledge, collectively improve our practices, and deploy common actions.

**Take part in the Cyber Department activity.**
- Update the management on the progress of your actions.
- Suggest and track regular indicators for management.
- Contributing to the projects of the department, especially by making the necessary connections with your awareness activities.
- Attend the internal cybersecurity meetings to share your insights, contribute to discussions on your colleagues' topics, and facilitate the smooth flow of key information.

**Who you are**

Coming from a BAC+5 education with a specialization in cybersecurity focused on governance/risk/compliance, you have a minimum of 7 years of experience, including 5 in a similar position.

The main missions focusing on cybersecurity awareness, a profile with a minimum of 10 years of experience in training with a deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and cyber threats would also be suitable.

You speak technical and operational English to work in an international environment.

**Functional Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled educator with a creative mind, able to simplify complex concepts and engage an audience.
- Project management and the ability to work independently.
- Having a certification in information security (such as CISSP, CISM, etc.) is an advantage.

**Technical Skills**:
**Tools dedicated to training and testing**:

- Proficiency in phishing test tools (such as KB4, PSAT, etc.)
- Ability to perform password hack tests would be a plus
- Use of training tools (video creation, etc.)

**Collaborative tools**:

- Office 365 Suite
- ServiceNow

**Additional information about the position**
- Full-time position (permanent contract)
- Supervising an apprentice
- Located at the EMEA headquarters at 56A rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré 75008 Paris.
- You can work remotely 2 days per week.
