We are looking for a Sales Assistant based in our Paris headquarter to support the GTM team
- **Your mission**_

Reporting to the Account Manager Team Leader, your mission is to participate in the management and business development of the company, with a focus on club sports

The Sales Assistant position will focus on the following 3 pillars:

- Manage the full sales cycle of Club Sport; from creation of the opportunity until the collection of the necessary documents and the signing of the contract
- Constant relationship with clubs sports to transmit the necessary information.
- Provide auxiliary support to the GTM team
- **Essential duties and responsibilities**_

Key Responsibilities
- Create and send quotes or addendum to prospects or customers
- Be the contact point for sports clubs (Introduce SlimPay and answer club questions)
- Manage and coordinate the sales cycle from opportunity creation to collection of necessary documents and contract signing
- Provide club onboarding reports to partner;
- Participate in the writing of the commercial documentation
- Collaborate internally with the teams (legal, customer support, finance, compliance)
- Help with meeting preparation or events organization
- **Qualifications**_
- French & English fluency, Spanish is a plus
- Team player with excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive & able to work autonomously
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and able to work to deadlines
- Attention to details.
