Gadsme is the world's most sophisticated in-game advertising company, specializing in delivering non-intrusive Ads inside games, on a global level. As part of our growth we are actively looking for a Sales Growth Executive to join our Paris office (part-time intern or permanent).

Founded in 2019, Gadsme is an advertising network that specializes in gaming. We introduce brands inside video games through non-intrusive advertising formats. Our immersive ads are integrated inside game scenes and enable brands to communicate with gamers without interrupting the gameplay. Crucial for players and advertisers. The ads sit within the game environment, exactly as we are accustomed to in the real world (e.g. billboards in a city or on a bus shelter, banners around a sports arena, alongside a race track etc). Gadsme has quickly established itself as a global leader and with the most advanced technology in the industry.
The team is growing fast and we are located in Paris and London offices. You will be supporting the Sales Team in developing their client portfolio and growing the company’s revenue. You will also meet with all the teams (tech, programmatic, supply, etc.) to learn more about how their role impacts the business.
**What you'll learn**:
- Take a first step into the world of in-game advertising - the fastest growing and the most exciting media channel to be included in marketing budgets.
- Understand the mechanics behind the gaming industry (video games monetization and advertising), an exciting universe where you'll have to test video games from our inventory. No need to be a hardcore gamer, just be curious and enjoy
- Help the leadership team build their go to market strategy and ensure Gadsme remains the number one player in the market.
**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Sales Growth Executive you will refine, implement, improve Gadsme’s lead generation strategy:
- Choose the outbound methodology and tools to be used
- Identify strategic verticals and accounts in the different markets
- Setup and launch outreach sequences
- Report on performances and find ways for improvement
- Support the Sales Leads in their business development strategy
- Work closely with the marketing team to support them in their inbound strategy
**What you need**:
- French - fluent or native
- English - fluent
- Entrepreneurial mindset - we are a (very) fast growing startup
- Creativity, reliability, and thoroughness
