**Software Development Manager - Hybrid - Angers**

**We are hiring at Octave for an experienced Software Development Manager to join our team**

We are looking for a Software Development Manager to join our team at Octave. We design, build and manufacture a multi-channel sales management software system in SaaS mode, and we are looking for someone with a strong technical background to help us continue to evolve and innovate in our field.

**What your day will look like**:

- Assist the Technical Director in all missions: roadmap management, recruitment of technical profiles, software architecture, solution lifecycle management, etc
- Contribute actively to the work of the teams
- Ability to work closely with the development teams to solve the most complex technical problems
- Contribute to improving the quality, resiliency, and performance of our Azure-hosted, Kubernetes-based cloud platform in an Infrastructure As Code/Gitops approach
- Be able to provide innovative solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of our solution

**About you**:

- A degree in computer science, software engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and technical architecture roles
- Proficiency in solution technologies: dotnet, C#, WPF, ASP.Net,.Net Framework/. Net7, SQL Server, Azure and Kubernetes
- Strong experience in SaaS software development, including solution lifecycle management
- Experience deploying and operating SaaS software solutions in the cloud and in IAC (Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible...) and Gitops (ArgoCD) tools
- Experience in technical team management and recruitment of technical profiles
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps development practices
- Strong ability to adapt to changes, situations and fast-paced work environments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Being fluent in French is essential, with a professional level of English, both written and verbal, is highly desirable
- Legally authorized to work In France
