And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts. **Job Summary**: Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) actively participates in the company's social policy by taking into account human capital. He/she is in charge of implementing a Human Resources strategy consistent with the company's economic objectives, while integrating social responsibility into his/her thinking and actions. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: The HR Manager assigns to the HRBP a geographical sector in which to carry out his or her duties, within which he or she exercises operational responsibility for all HR themes: Strategic Workforce Planning, training, development, recruitment, personnel administration, remuneration and social benefits, social legislation, labor relations, discipline, health at work, etc. He/she must be able to replace his/her HRBP colleague in his/her sector in case of absence. In addition, he/she develops a particular responsibility/expertise for the entire company within the HR technical areas defined by the HR Manager. The HRBP is the driving force for continuous improvement of HR policy. The HRBP supports the company in its change policies. He/she may be required to lead working groups, training courses, etc. Finally, he/she contributes to the good maintenance of the HR Quality system and key HR indicators. He/she monitors legal practices/HR and corporate recommendations or guidelines, informs the HR Manager of any social legislation changes and corporate practices that may not be in compliance. In this context, He/She ensures compliance with legal and contractual rules and may rely on the legal expertise of the company's law firm or lawyers. The HRBP is responsible for the proper conduct of the internal evaluation system, annual performance appraisal and professional interviews and is a driving force in the successful talent management. In addition, he/she guarantees the development of team skills through the implementation of the most appropriate training plans. He/she participates in the preparation and meeting conduct of work unions meetings and in the coordination of social communication. Under the responsibility of the HR Manager and with the Finance Department, the HRBP participates in the preparation of the Mandatory Annual Negotiations and the budget. The HRBP ensures the positive development of the site's image through internal and external communication that promotes the employer "brand" through collaborative web tools and others. He/she can represent the company, by delegation of the HR Manager, during external events, meetings with the Labor doctor, the Labor Inspector. **Basic Qualifications**: - Master’s Degree in Human Resources - Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources - Knowledge in HR functions and processes: Strategic Workforce Planning, training, career, development, recruitment, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, social legislation. - Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) - Rigor and organization - Exemplary loyalty - Ability to question him/herself and progress - Dynamism and entrepreneurship - Relational and listening skills - Ability to synthesize and analyze - Availability - Knowledge of HRIS/ HR modules of SAP preferable - Basic English skills preferable **Résumé du poste**: Sous la responsabilité du Senior HR Manager, le/la HRBP (Responsable Ressources Humaines) participe activement à la politique sociale de l'entreprise en prenant en compte le capital humain.
