**About the Role**:
As a Global Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing key enterprise accounts, ensuring the successful adoption of Bambuser’s video commerce solutions, and expanding existing relationships by introducing **new brands and entering new markets**. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop tailored solutions that align with global clients' strategic objectives.

The **Global Strategic Account Manager, Enterprise** will be based in our **Paris office**, taking **in-person meetings with clients** and collaborating closely with the local team.

This role reports directly to the **President of Global Enterprise**.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Enterprise Account Leadership**: Own and drive global enterprise account strategy, managing high-value client relationships and ensuring long-term success.
- **Revenue Growth**:Develop and execute strategic plans to expand partnerships, increase revenue, and achieve business targets.
- **Complex Sales Management**:Navigate intricate buying processes, working with multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
- **Strategic Relationship Building**:Establish and maintain strong partnerships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions tailored to global enterprise needs.
- **Market Expansion**:Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights to drive global growth.
- **Account Expansion**:Focus on scaling existing accounts by adding new brands and expanding into new markets.

**Who You Are**:
We're seeking a highly motivated and impact-driven person with a proven track record of cultivating and expanding relationships with global Enterprise clients. We believe you possess:

- ** Experience**: 5+ years in global enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development, preferably within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital solutions.
- **Sales Expertise**:Demonstrated success in managing and growing high-value, complex accounts with multinational corporations.
- **Industry Knowledge**: A deep understanding of retail, luxury, or consumer goods sectors is a strong advantage.
- **Languages**:Fluent in **French** and **English** (additional fluency in **Spanish** or **Italian** is a plus).
- **Consultative Selling**: Ability to understand and align with clients' strategic objectives, offering bespoke solutions.
- **Executive Presence & Influence**: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
- **Initiative & Adaptability**: A proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, demonstrating the ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.
