**We are looking for a Diversity and Communication Coordinator to join our team**
Our **Faurecia Clean Mobility** activity is looking for a **Diversity and Communication Coordinator **for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.
We focus on exciting developments regarding hydrogen cells and zero emission cars, is constantly working on reimagining a cleaner planet.
You will be part of Faurecia Clean Mobility Talent Development & Communication Teams, t’s a unique opportunity to quickly drive your skills.
**You will be working on challenges that matter**
Your missions:
- **Learning & Diversity (50% of your time)**:
- Facilitate a Diversity & Inclusion network, launch and coordinate D&I projects and initiatives,
- Support learning strategy decisions by analyzing data and creating & deploying communication actions to maximize enrollment,
- Coordinate Talent Development projects to boost employee engagement (VIE, Sponsoring, Digital Coffees, Breakfasts),
- **
Communication (50% of your time)**:
- Contribute to the content development (video/articles/pictures ),
- Support your department in the deployment of information on social media, Faur’us (intranet),
- Lead the organization of internal events (FCM Live Event, Boards),
- Propose new supports, tools, medias & participate to the development of new ways of communicating.

- Writing and data analytics competencies
- Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, French language not mandatory
- A previous internship experience is a plus
